LaSonja joined Pfizer in 1996 as a Professional Healthcare Representative. She has won national awards as a representative and manager, including the prestigious W. E. Upjohn Award. Prior to acquiring her current role as the Director of Business Operations, Women's Health, LaSonja held the positions of Specialty Sales Leader, Sales Trainer, District Business Manager, and Marketing Manager. LaSonja is also garnering global experience through her work as the Project Lead for the inaugural Raise Your Hand Global eCongress. She also serves on the Business Maximization Team, the Midwest Regional Business Unit President's Council and recently accepted the role as the national Co-Chair of the Pfizer Field African American
Network (PFAAN). LaSonja graduated from Florida
A&M University with a Bachelor in Business as well as an MBA.
Director, Corporate Health Care
Jason is the Director, Corporate HealthCare for Systegenix, a global wound care & medical device company. He works with key stakeholders within healthcare organizations to grow Systegenix national market share. His work directly impacts the local Systegenix medical device reps. Prior to this assignment, Jason was the Senior Director of Health Economics at Kinetic Concepts, Inc (KCI) ,a global corporation that produces medical technology related to wounds and wound healing. KCI is known for producing the first product specifically developed for negative pressure wound therapy. At KCI, Jason was responsible for managing regional marketing directors and was instrumental in the navigation and understanding of the Affordability Care Act (a.k.a Obama Care). His leadership and knowledge led to a substantial savings for the corporation and minimal impact to the financial base of the company. His perceptive work gave KCI the ability to reposition its products in congruency with the new healthcare landscape while maintaing market leadership status.

It is with great pride I congratulate NSN-Detroit for hostingthe Chapters 8th annual Woman's conference: "..Tapping into the Power of YOUR inner Hero" with an outstanding panel of Jena Paisley, Unit Service Director, Boy Scouts of America and Katrina Turnbow, Manager, W3R Consulting. In conjunction to the outstanding panel we also had the wonderful honor of having the world-renowned photographer Monica Morgan as moderator. A resounding thank you must go out to NSN-Detroit's VP of Event Ms. Sharon Seaward who did an outstandingly job in putting the content of todays program together as well as managing the operational, logistical and promotional aspects of the 8th annual Women's Conference. Sharon a big thank you from our Detroit Chapter goes out to you for your vision, dedication, and commitment to this event. We would also like to thank the 8th annual Woman's Conference committee Ms. Jennifer Williams, Ms. Megan Davis, and Mr. Charles Buck who helped manage the execution of this tremendous event.
In conclusion I want to extend a deep debt of gratitude to our panelist who shared courageously, selflessly and tirelessly with our audience so that everyone in attendance could see there own personal hero potential.
